4. Keywords and Alt tags are also important. It doesn’t hurt to have them!

For your Keywords, put in about 10-15 starting with the best ones first.

For your Alt tags, insert 2 different keywords in each the Alt tags of images on your pages.

If you follow these 4 steps you should have decent looking meta tags that will help your pages to rank higher.

There are a few things you need to rank high on the search engines and even Google can be conquered with determination if not many people are willing to link to you. Here are the steps.

First of all, you have to have your keywords in the title. My keywords that I am after are “free personal prophecy”. It is important also to have your keywords as the first words in the title of your webpage.

My title for my site is Personal prophecy and prayer for free on the net.

Secondly you must have your keywords in your description tag. As I have the words “free personal prophecy” my description tag is: (keywords are now seen as (######)

(######) (######) for (###). That’s right! Simply click here for your (###) (######) (#######) today by one of our anointed team members.

You will notice that I have the keywords (######) (#######) (###) mentioned twice in the description.

The third place to have your keywords is in your keywords section. The keywords that I include are:
online prayer, Internet free prayer, Jesus Christ, (######) (######) , prophecies, prophet, PERSONAL PROPHECY, word of knowledge, (######) (#######), word of wisdom, personal prophecies, Prophetic Evangelism, prophetic evangelism, Lord God Almighty.

The fourth place to find your keywords are in the first words on your website. Mine are Personal Prophecy FREE.

The fifth place to have your keywords are to be spaced within your home page about every paragraph or second paragraph including many of the headings in your page.

Now to get recognised on Google is very hard if you don’t have a lot of quality websites having links to you. But if you write 350 to 400 articles on Ezine Articles each of the links that you run on the bio part of your article promoting your website, then Google will rank you highly. Your link to your website must have your keywords in it.

Of course it goes without saying that your domain name must include your keywords. You will notice in my bio below that personal prophecy and free are in the domain name.

This is all I did to get ranked really high on Google, MSN and Yahoo. It took a lot of work to get 350 articles written, but it was all worth it when I found in Australia I was ranked number one on Google and number one on Yahoo and second on MSN.
